This is one of the most recent creations. Swamp ash body and a maple neck. Van Zandt single coils and a Suhr humbucker. Licensed Floyd Rose from an old Charvel I had, and Planet Waves tuners. Sans tone knobs because tone knobs are generally for idiots and/or wuss-type people...

This is the OG guitar, or in layman's terms, "Original Gangster" meaning in this case that this was the first successful guitar I ever built - that is, with the help of my mega-awesome and crafty papa. The top is made of Lacewood, which is an Australian hardwood that sounds similar to Alder. The back is Alder, and the neck is Maple. This guitar has VanZandt single coils and a DiMarzio humbucker. A Gotoh-Wilkinson bridge and Planet Waves auto-trim tuners round it out. The volume and tone pots are all 250k.

Pictured is Tom Silveira of Two Left Feet, playing Pokey, a guitar I made for him as a Christmas gift by the request of his girl Samantha. It's kinda rocking the Buddy Guy look, but a different color scheme. Check out the Les Paul style pickup switch (took a suuuper long drill bit to pull that off...), Gibson style knobs, and 2LF detail on the pickguard...
